Under the auspices of executive chef Sriram Aylur, this Michelin-starred restaurant specialising in southern Indian costal cuisine has become a champion in the matching of beer with food, offering five and eight course beer & food menus. His championing of this happy marriage of tastes has been recognised by the All Party Parliamentary Beer Group, naming Sriram as their Beer Drinker of the Year 2011.
