Meantime is generously offering Guild members free participation on this training day, run at Meantime Brewery, which usually costs £90. The course is taught by Guild member, Brewer and Beer Sommelier Rod Jones.
The Knowledge is a four hour course and includes a brewery tour – it focuses on ingredients of beer, the brewing process and how different beer styles are created. Participants will be issued with printed course notes at the end of the course. Lunch and a beer tasting included.
Note that there is NO obligation to write about Meantime beers after attending the course.
