The Guild is joining forces with Drinks Retailing News to host a seminar on beer in the off trade. We’ll hear from some of the retailers behind the transformation of the UK’s beer aisles, and the rise of bottle shops and hybrid stores.
Chaired by Drinks Retailing News editor Martin Green, the seminar will include speakers from Waitrose and from Real Ale, who source beers for M&S. We will also hear from There’s A Beer For That on their work on beer and food pairing with retailers, and from some of the Guild’s members who are involved in retailing beer in the off trade.
