This is the final event in the Guild’s four-part Q&A series that both celebrates our 2020 Guild Award winners and their award-winning work, and gives members an opportunity to connect with and learn from each other.
In this session, we’ll hear from:
- Claire Bullen, winner of Best Beer & Travel Writer
- Lily Waite, winner of Best Beer Communicator, Online and the 2020 Beer Writer of the Year
In addition to their Gold awards, as listed above, Claire won the Silver award in the Online category, while Lily won Silver in the Travel category (along with the ‘Communication in Lockdown’ category.) That said, we’ll discuss how to write for and captivate an online audience, hear their top tips for travel writing, and more. We’ll also take questions from attendees.
The conversation will be hosted by Natalya Watson, Guild Secretary and award-winning podcast host.
