What is the one thing you'd like to tell visitors to the Guild's website?

I’m a passionate and dedicated ambassador for beer and the brewing industry, with a particular talent and love for bringing new people to beer. I’m an experienced Beer Judge and have held professional roles at breweries since 2015 in areas covering sales, export and account management, marketing and communications, project management and event delivery. I have years of experience devising and delivering activities for audiences both within and outside the industry and am a confident public speaker.

 

What you can offer as a writer/beer lover?

I have years of experience delivering brewery tours, tastings, beer and food events, educational workshops, staff and customer training sessions, and hosting panel discussions. Whether pre-planned or put-on-the-spot, I am an effective communicator and public speaker and greatly enjoy engaging with both seasoned beer lovers and complete novices.

I can offer expertise in project management and strategy-building in a brewing business context, as well as insights on Sales and Account Management and Exporting.

I can share my tips and advice from my own journey from amateur to qualified professional, as showcased on my website.

What do you like most about being a Guild of Beer Writers member?

I am looking forward to sharing in the knowledge and expertise of other members, discussing key industry issues, and learning more about the diversity of people and their experiences across the Guild.
