Pieces of work by Gavin:
I loved this story of wonderful village tenacity. They were rewarded with the return of their pub, more charming than ever. Lovely photography by an old colleague showed readers what lay in store.
Finding and extolling beautiful lush was a joy of the job. Few are more enchanting than the Moorcock Inn at Langdale End.
I covered many brewery launches. Few have grown as spectacularly as Brass Castle. This story captures their vision and ingenuity.
