What is the one thing you'd like to tell visitors to the Guild's website?

Technical writer for trade and popular press, including The Brewer and Distiller International, Zymurgy, academic publications, CAMRA publications and local newspapers. Specialisms include brewing technology, yeast and brewery microbiology, beer purity, flavour analysis and history of brewing technology. Project director and co-ordinator of Brewlab training courses in brewing, dispense and flavour analysis. Winner of the Travel Bursary in the Guild’s Beer Writer of the Year Awards 2001.
