What you can offer as a writer/beer lover?
Co-author of three editions of The World Atlas of Beer (with Tim Webb) and author of The Beer & Food Companion (2015) and Will Travel for Beer (2018), as well as author or co-author of ten other books and contributor to over a dozen more, Stephen Beaumont has been covering beer internationally for over thirty years from his base in Toronto, Canada. He contributes regularly to a number of publications, including Whisky Advocate and Global Drinks Intel, and has written for a wide variety of newspapers and magazines, including The Globe and Mail, Playboy, Esquire, Wine Enthusiast, The Toronto Star, and many others. He travels widely, not only researching beer and breweries around the world, but also hosting beer dinners and tastings, judging in international competitions, and speaking to audiences from two dozen to two thousand. He is also an accredited spirits and travel writer, know for ‘Whisky with…,’ his long-running whisky and food pairing column in Whisky Advocate, and is co-author of the Canadian distillery guide, Canadian Spirits (with Christine Sismondo).
