Annie Neill joined Simpsons Malt Limited on a student placement in January 2024 and, now in the final year of her Business Management with Marketing degree at Edinburgh Napier University, has chosen the following dissertation title:
Babes, beer and bias: An exploration into female gender stereotyping in beer advertising and its impact on Gen Z female beer drinkers’ purchasing behaviour
Annie is now in the primary data collection stage and is keen to conduct one-to-one interviews throughout February 2025 with willing participants who meet the following criteria:
• Female
• Gen Z (Aged 18-28)
• UK-based
• Beer drinker
