Award-winning Cornish brewing company, Skinner’s Brewery are partnering with Bristol based chef Freddy Bird, bringing together their mutual passion for great food and ale.Freddy and Skinner’s have already joined forces at several recent high-profile events including Port Eliot and Abergavenny Food Festival where Freddy cooked an amazing monkfish, lobster and clam stew paired with Lushingtons. Freddy will also be releasing a set of exclusive recipes such as Hops n’ Honey BBQ ribs and Penny Come Quick ice cream.
