Badger Ales announces launch of Daring Diver, an easy drinking, sessionable beer, launching this May

Badger Ales is delighted to announce the latest addition to the Badger family: Daring Diver. The 500ml bottled ale, which will be available in Morrisons stores, is set to launch in May 2015 ahead of British summertime and festival season.
Daring Diver is a classic, amber beer brewed with the finest aromatic Slovenian Celeia hops. This sessionable beer has a balanced hop character, underpinned by a malted barley and rye base.  It makes a great pairing with either a chicken pie or a range of pasta dishes, making it the perfect everyday beer.
Badger Ales have been at the forefront of brewing iconic British ales since 1777.  Today they brew a range of award-winning beers, with Daring Diver soon to be the latest addition to the ‘sett,‘ joining favourites such as Tanglefoot and Fursty Ferret.
Talking about their latest brew Daring Diver, Head Brewer Toby Heasman said “We’re proud to unveil Daring Diver to our dedicated Badger Ale drinkers; a beer which we hope will excite their taste buds and become a real classic in years to come. It was originally brewed for the 2013 Hall & Woodhouse beer festival and received a really warm welcome, so we were keen to bring it to our Badger bottled ale drinkers to enjoy.  It’s been great fun brewing this beer with Slovenian Celeia hops, which offer an appealing aroma and an exceptional bitterness – we couldn’t have hoped for a better result. We’re sure this won’t be the last time we work with these hops!”
 
Daring Diver will be available to buy in Morrisons from May 2015.
