BADGER LAUNCHES BILLY STINGER FOR SPRING-TIME DRINKING

 
BILLY STINGERTo celebrate the arrival of spring, Badger is launching Billy Stinger, a new tongue-tingling seasonal cask ale brewed with nettles,  which will be available throughout the estate during April and May 2014.
 
With a gloriously grassy aroma, this 4.5% zingy beer is sure to lift the spirits and have Badger lovers everywhere queuing up for its deliciously refreshing herbal flavours.  
 
Commenting on the latest countryside-themed seasonal beer, Head Brewer Toby Heasman explains, “Billy Stinger is brewed with nettles and has a subtle herbal character that lingers on the palate, so it’s great paired with a fragrant Thai curry or Asian-style fishcakes, but also works just as well with a succulent roast lamb for Sunday lunch.”
 
Billy Stinger is made with Dorset spring water that has been naturally filtered for up to a century through the Cretaceous chalk downs and drawn up 120ft from the Brewery’s own wells.
 
Billy Stinger will be available in all Hall & Woodhouse houses.
