Beer Academy translates into Russian

Forty three people from Heineken’s Russian Business attended the Beer Academy’s One Day Foundation course to learn how to inspire their customers about beer.  Delegates learnt more about the brewing process and how to recognise diverse  styles of beer.  The training was delivered at the famous Langham Hotel in the heart of London’s West End and was translated into Russian for the delegates.

Jenya Betts who arranged the training for Heineken said “Feedback from delegates has been excellent. People felt that that the training was perfectly balanced in terms of information and the opportunity to taste different beers. The only criticism was that some delegates would like to have been able to sample even more tapases during the tastings!

This course has really helped build the knowledge of our team in Russia and we plan to offer Beer Academy training to more of our colleagues over the coming months”.
