Thanks to all Guild members who’ve supported Beer Day Britain 2017 which is being celebrated this Thursday, 15th June. The #cheerstobeer toast at 7pm will be marked across the country with hundreds of pubs, breweries and individuals joining in and will see the start of a weekend of celebrations.
Beer Day Britain founder, Jane Peyton, will be raising her beer glass at The George Inn off Borough High Street, in conjunction with There’s A Beer For That, and anyone wishing to join them is very welcome to do so.
With the welcome news that Borough Market will be reopened on Wednesday 14th June, members may wish to combine the Beer Day Britain toast with a visit to other pubs in the area on Thursday.
