BII launches search for new Chair

The British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) has begun the search for their new Chair, with current Chair, Mark Robson, stepping down later this year.

Following a hugely successful two terms as BII Chair, Robson has provided invaluable support to current CEO, Steve Alton and previous CEO, Mike Clist, helping to shape the BII into the organisation it is today.

The BII is now looking for its next Chair, a voluntary position that oversees the board of trustees, made up of pub operators and industry experts, guiding and supporting the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

Interviews will be held online initially on Monday 23rd June and Tuesday 24th June 2025, with in person interviews to follow at the BII offices in Fleet on Tuesday 1st July 2025.
