BITES Live – new show for hospitality and foodservice

A new conference has been launched for the hospitality and foodservice industries called BITES Live.

BITES Live will bring together industry leaders to discuss a number of elements across the UK’s high streets that affect hospitality and foodservice, such as sustainability, investment and expansion, in front of an audience made up of operators from six sectors.

Speakers already confirmed include MEATliquor managing director Scott Collins, Fulham Shore chairman David Page, Honest Burgers co-founder Tom Barton, Smashburger UK sales and marketing director Iain Duncan, Lydia Forte, group director of food and beverage at Rocco Forte Hotels, and White Rabbit Fund founder Chris Miller, with more to be announced.

“We’re so excited to bring BITES Live to the market,” says Tristan O’Hana, editorial director of H2O Publishing. “By curating a speaker line-up of such high quality and experience, attendees at BITES Live will be able to consider a number of creative operational elements from all areas of the foodservice and hospitality industries. What’s happening on the high street is crucial to these markets – BITES Live is here to inform, captivate and inspire forward-thinking operators.”

The conference has been created following the launch of BITES – a fortnightly high street mailer that looks at Brands, Insights, Trends and Experiences.

BITES Live is taking place on Wednesday 10 October at the Royal Garden Hotel in London. To be in the audience and hear from your peers from the casual dining, pubs, bars, hotels, cafés and contract catering sectors, visit biteslive.co.uk for tickets.
