Brew+BAO Set To Open New Venue in Knaresborough on 21st May

Brew+, the bold food and drink concept from Brew York, is thrilled to announce the official opening of its second venue – Brew+Bao: Knaresborough – on Wednesday 21st May at 12pm.

Located at the base of The Mitre, right next to Knaresborough railway station, the new venue will serve up vibrant Asian fusion street food from YUZU Street Food, alongside a rotating lineup of craft beers from Brew York and guest breweries. With six+ taps, curated wines, spirits and cocktails, and a high-energy, laid-back atmosphere, Brew+Bao: Knaresborough promises to be a new go-to destination for foodies, beer lovers and socialisers alike.

The opening follows the hugely successful launch of Brew+Bao: Chapel Allerton earlier this year, which introduced the concept of pairing bold bao buns, loaded fries, and crispy noodle stacks with expertly brewed craft beer in a vibrant setting. The Knaresborough venue will build on this momentum, introducing exclusive new dishes developed especially for Brew+ venues.

Gregg Ruddy, General Manager of Brew+Bao: Knaresborough, added:

“The feedback from Chapel Allerton has been phenomenal, and we’re confident Knaresborough will embrace what we’ve created here too. We can’t wait to open the doors and share the food, beer and atmosphere that make Brew+Bao special.”

Opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00pm–9:00pm.
