This March, drinkers can sample collaborations between Bristol-based brewery Wiper and True, with Vault City, North Brewing Co, Donzoko, Beak, Verdant and DEYA.
This month Wiper and True celebrate their tenth birthday. From home brewing roots in the three founders’ kitchens, a spell of nomadic brewing across the country, and the first official brewery home in St Werburghs, much has changed in the last ten years. The Bristol-based team are particularly proud of the beer they’ve been producing since moving into their new brewery and taproom last July, in Old Market, Bristol.
To celebrate a decade of brewing, Wiper and True invited six legendary breweries from the UK beer scene to help put the brew kit through its paces, with a variety of styles, techniques and ingredients. From next Monday 13th March, all six limited edition beers will be available to enjoy on draught and in can.
Speaking about the six collaborations, founder Michael Wiper says:
“We are incredibly excited to be sharing our tenth birthday celebrations with six such incredible breweries. We’ve explored a wide range of technical processes, exciting ingredients, innovative AND traditional techniques. Each beer brings something different – and we hope something really enjoyable and intriguing for drinkers. A huge thank you again to the teams from Vault City, North Brewing Co, Donzoko, BEAK, Verdant and DEYA for celebrating with us, and to all the drinkers who’ve supported us over the last ten years.”
Detailed information about ingredients, processes and people involved in each of the six birthday beers is available on the Wiper and True website.
The six beers will be available in can and keg, from Monday 13th March. Pre-orders are open now via the Wiper and True website, for home delivery of a mixed selection box of cans. A full list of stockists will be published next week for anyone wishing to track down the beers at their local bottle shop or pub. The birthday beers will be available on draught at Wiper and True’s two Bristol taprooms.

About Wiper and True
Wiper and True are an independent craft brewery based in Bristol. Their focus is on creating refined, carefully considered beer in the most sustainable way possible. The business started life with three friends creating homebrew beer on their kitchen stovetops. Over the next few years the trio produced beer nomadically, brewing through the night and at weekends at breweries across the country. In 2015 Wiper and True built their own brewery in Bristol, where they brewed for the next seven years, before expanding into an additional bespoke new brewery and taproom in Old Market, Bristol, in July 2022.
