Guild Code of Conduct updated

The Guild’s Code of Conduct, introduced last year, has been amended slightly for clarification in some areas. If you’ve not yet read our Code, please do so here.

The Code was launched at our Annual Awards in November by Chairman Pete Brown who said, “The Code is intended to be a useful guide rather than a rulebook to bash members over the head with. It is there to help all our members understand the ethics and standards that are expected of any communicator. In addition, we spend our working lives around alcohol. It’s important to spell out what is and what is not acceptable behaviour, especially after we’ve had a few drinks.”

Members with any questions or comments about the Code should email Pete Brown petebrownsemail@googlemail.com
