Craft Beer Boom: Exeter’s International Craft Beer Festival

Presented by Powderkeg Brewery & Crossed Anchors Brewing
CRAFT BEER BOOM!
Q12
Queen St. Dining, Exeter

From the inexorable rise in Craft Beer comes Craft Beer Boom, Exeter’s first international beer event.

Featuring 40 local, national and international beers across two days, this will be an unmissable chance to try a huge range of amazing, interesting and delicious beers, with food and music, all in the vibrant Queen St. Dining area.

Craft beer is booming. There are now over 10,000 microbreweries in the world and there has never been a better time to come and try some of the incredible beers on offer. We have carefully curated a brilliant beer list with local, British, European and American brews all representing the best of world beer, and showcasing the many traditions and innovations out there. There is a particular emphasis on South West breweries to showcase the incredible beers being produced in the region. With all the different breweries, styles, hop flavours and strengths, there really is something for everyone -low-alcohol and gluten-free options will be available.

This is a laid back event for the enjoyment of beer in the luxurious surrounds of Q12. Formerly home to a large restaurant, the unit has been relaunched as a much-neededpop-up event space with Craft Beer Boom the first event – the Guildhall events team have all kinds of exciting plans hatching.

There will be music from local musicians, and fabulous food from the guys at the Pig and Pallet. For the less beery there will be a choice of soft drinks and wine.
Kids with well behaved parents are welcome til 8pm.

With many decades of experience of running events and brewing and enjoying beer, Crossed Anchors and Powderkeg have combined forces to create the kind of beer event they would like to go to. You’ll be in good hands.
