Decadence in a can – The Wild Beer Co. add Millionaire to its line-up

The Wild Beer Co. has added to its growing range of canned beers with it’s first stout in a can, the deliciously decadent Millionaire.

Following the success of Millionaire in a 330ml bottle the salted caramel and chocolate beer has been put in a can after many requests from ardent Wild Beer Co. fans and customers.

With a sweet, salty taste and a velvety finish the smooth dessert stout is made with lactose, caramel and high quality cacao nibs and finished with Cornish Sea Salt giving it a savoury salty kick.

The stout is brewed using higher quality speciality malts to give the beer an impressive ‘big body’ with a relatively low ABV of 4.7 making it the perfect stout for a can.

It makes a great beer to pair with food especially red meats, roasts and nearly all deserts. The chocolate notes in the beer will compliment many sweet treats, or it can provide a striking contrast to tarter fruit desserts. For a beautiful sweet and savoury pairing, leave your bottle of port on the top shelf and reach for a Millionaire, it simply just loves a pairing with any veiny blue cheese, especially Stilton!

Millionaire is the seventh can in The Wild Beer Co. range and is available through key regional wholesalers including Nectar Imports and Cave Direct.

Deep in the heart of the Somerset countryside The Wild Beer Co. was born in 2012 when a Californian brewer and an Englishman got together through a love of wild fermentation and a desire to challenge the perceptions of beer.

Brett Ellis and Andrew Cooper believe in brewing exciting, complex, wild beer. They love fermentation and barrel-ageing and believe Wild Beers have a unique terroir; the house wild yeast was captured in a neighbouring cider orchard and they often forage seasonal, wild ingredients from around the local area.
