Double CAMRA-award winning pub stages beer festival

The Dispensary on Leman Street, close to the City, is holding its second annual beer festival from 14-16 September.

There will be a chance to try over 20 beers, lagers and ales, all supplied by carefully selected breweries. From favourite Adnams, to those a little further afield like Northern Monk and Marble beers, we’ll be fully stocked with something for everyone. Making an appearance will be Champion Beer of Britain, Church End’s Goats Milk, as well as a selection of unfined beers, black IPAs and porters.

After being awarded CAMRA’s East London and City Pub of the Year on two occasions – 2009 and 2014 – the Dispensary is the right place for the perfect pint. As for the best bites to soak up your beer, there’ll be no need for a pub crawl; Chef, David Cambridge will be working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to offer plenty of delicious choices at our street food stalls in the pub.

If you happen to be passing as part of the London Open Weekend, there’s no better place to relax and refresh during your tour than with a pint in our listed building, with its long history and breath-taking architecture.

Whether you know it all about beer, or just simply know you like beer, drop in for a pint, or a few, and if anything new catches your eye, our staff will be on hand to answer any questions and happily provide sample glasses.

The beer festival runs from 12 midday to 11.30 pm,  14 – 16 September.
