BEER INGREDIENTS SEMINAR

We are joining forces with the Brewery History Society for this one-day seminar on ‘Ingredients in Beer’. Confirmed speakers include: Scott Williams, Williams Bros; Mike Cable, Wild Beer; Toast brewing; Jenn Merrick, brewing consultant and Carl Heron, Crisps Maltings. The day will include a panel debate and a tour of the Thornbridge brewery. We will be providing free transport between the brewery and Sheffield Station.
