One successful winner at this year’s awards night was Everards of Leicestershire who took home the ‘Employer of the year’ award.
“We had a great night on Friday at the Niche Business Awards, made even better to have been announced ‘Employer of the Year’!
We’re super proud to have won this award! Over the past few years, we’ve welcomed many new people to the team with the opening of our new homes at Optimus Point and Everards Meadows.
The judges were impressed by our long-term commitment to developing people and our comprehensive benefits package available to the whole team. They also saw that we love to support our wider community and have lots of fun along the way! We’re delighted that this award; it’s a true reflection of our fantastic team!” said office coordinator Abbie from Everards.
The Employer of the Year award was sponsored by KSAB Law, who handed out the awards to the winning Everards team on the night.
Niche looks forward to celebrating their 10th awards ceremony next year and Everards hopes to be up for this award again.
