Exale brewing announce Kitchen residency at their new pub The Three Colts in the form of Dough Hands!

THE THREE COLTS- THE HEART & SOUL OF A TRADITIONAL BOOZER IN A MODERN SETTING.

Following the exciting, and well received announcement of their new pub “The Three Colts”, in Bethnal Green in February 2023, Exale brewing are delighted to announce their kitchen resident who will be joining them in the journey of the new opening!

The kitchen will be under the stewardship of Dough Hands, Neo-Neapolitan pizza by Hannah Drye. After multiple pop up successes Exale are super excited to have Hannah join them, for her rst permanent home!

Expect pizzas that use quality, well sourced ingredients that don’t focus on the traditional rules but instead on avours that slap you round the chops, we’re talking Nduja, Gorgonzola and Dr Sting’s Hot Honey. Egg yolk, Pancetta and whipped Ricotta. Mortadella, Pickles and American Mustard all sitting on a crust you actually want to eat. Also some epic sides, think Deep fried Olives on whipped lemony Ricotta and Buratta with & con t Tomato and Garlic, plus so much more on her ever changing, seasonal menu.

The Three Colts will be hosting weekly DJs, Quiz nights, tap takeovers, live music and more. With the aim to create a welcoming, inclusive space with a focus on great indie beers and cask, serving up their award winning beers as well as lots of guest beers and Alc free o erings from friends around the UK & beyond. They are currently running a 50 x £50 o er on their website where you can win one of fty, £50 bar tabs when they open!
