Moonwake Beer’s brew kit is being made for them by Leeds-based manufacturer SSV Limited. Together they have worked a design for 35hl three-vessel brew kit that will allow the, to brew with precision.
They also designed our kit with versatility in mind. They will be able to precisely tailor it for traditional and modern beer styles alike allowing us to flex our creativity.
Head Brewer, Vinny Rosario said: “It is a semi-automated Lehui Brewkit. It has a Mash Conversion Vessel (MCV) a Lauter Tun (LT) and a combined Kettle/Whirlpool. This allows us to brew everything from traditional German wheat beers and lagers to new age extra hoppy IPAs.”
