The Guild’s AGM will take place on Wednesday 21 June, from 6.30-9.30 at The Marylebone, Marylebone High Street, W1U 4RE. Do come along to hear from the Guild’s Board on achievements over the past year and plans for the future, meet fellow Guild members and network over a beer and refreshments (kindly provided by Heineken).
Elections will be held on the night for Guild Board directors. In accordance with the Guild’s Articles, four directors – Tim Hampson, Paul Nunny, Robert Humphreys and Jacopo Mazzeo – are required to retire at the AGM. All have indicated their intention to seek election.
If you wish to stand for election to the Board, you are required to give us written notice, signed by you and by two Guild members qualified to attend and vote at the AGM. This notice should be received at the Guild’s office no later than Tuesday 30 May 2017. Proxy voting: if you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to appoint a proxy, please request a proxy voting form from email@example.com. Note that proxy forms must be returned to us 48 hours ahead of the AGM.
