Zoom Online
The current climate has thrown many a hurdle at our members, with commissions and book deals increasingly hard to find. In response the guild is hosting a round table to explore alternative revenue streams and we’d love you to join us.
We have a wealth of experience in our current member base and we have recruited a panel of experts led by our chair, Jonny Garrett, to discuss alternative or complementary revenue streams for our members to explore. The panel will take place on Zoom over 1 hour and be an informal Q&A format. We will invite questions throughout as a collaborative experience to allow specific queries and discussions as well as to share ideas among our membership.
Our experts for the panel are:
- Our Chair, Jonny Garrett who will direct the discussion and also discuss negotiating corporate sponsorships and content deals across writing, social and broadcast.
- Rachel Auty currently heads up her own agency, Cameron Rae and is our marketing consultancy expert.
- Claire Bullen, former Editor in-chief at Good Beer Hunting will be our copywriting and editing expert for the session.
- Matt Curtis, Editor in Chief at Pellicle and award winning freelance writer will guide us through utilising Patreon.
Tickets are £15 for members and £25 for non-members.
