Greene King Pub Partners new franchise pub concept, Hive pubs launched its new induction training programme this week. The group of franchisees attended the three days of training which covered running the new Hive pub franchise, understanding Hive pubs, delivering the operational standards and getting to know Greene King.
Speaking about the Hive induction, training and development manager for Greene King Pub Partners and Hive pubs, Sarah Milward said, “Hive pubs are all about community and delivering the best local experiences. The induction programme brings to life the brand and works through how we ensure it is consistent throughout the whole customer journey”.
Hive pubs are part of an innovative range of new agreements offered by Greene King Pub Partners that reflect the needs of different business partners. Franchisees go through a staged training programme of both classroom and in-pub training starting with the induction programme.
