Owner Ossett Brewery says, “We are proud to announce after three years in the planning, work is underway on our exciting new craft beer project within our existing venue, The Hop in Saltaire. SALT will produce a wide range of hop-forward modern beers, including IPA’s, Lagers and Stouts produced on our 20 hectolitre Beer Factory.The project will include brewery tours, new a tap room, stage, DJ booth, viewing mezzanines, tank beer dispense, gift shop, wood-fired pizza oven and a new a la carte dining area overlooking the brewery.
The concept is to produce an interactive brewing experience where customers will be able to sit in the heart of the brewery and enjoy fantastic, locally produced fresh beer. Brewery Tap events will include beer tasting evenings, group tours, live music gigs, comedy nights and much more…
Throughout the evening there will be live music, circus and carbaret performers, complimentary drink vouchers, wood fired pizza and canapés served.
