Drinks educator Jane Peyton has launched an online learning website selling Beer, Cider and Wine knowledge courses. The content consists of written and audio materials that can be accessed when convenient for the learner reinforced by the strapline Your Device, Your Place, Your Pace.
There are three levels of learning with certificates issued for passing the examinations. Beginners earn Officer of Booze Enlightenment (OBE), Intermediate learners earn Master of Booze Enlightenment (MBE), and Advanced learners earn Chief of Booze Enlightenment (CBE).
The courses are suitable for drinks industry professionals and consumers who want to expand their knowledge of Beer, Cider, and Wine.
