Lindemans Lambic Trail 2024: Explore the Pajottenland and the Senne River Valley with New Walking and Running Routes

On 22 September 2024, Lindemans Brewery once again invites everyone to the Lindemans Lambic Trail 2024, a unique walking and running event that offers participants the chance to explore the breathtaking landscapes of the Senne River Valley and Pajottenland. This year, Lindemans is focusing exclusively on walking and running routes, and for the first time, is offering recreational trail runs to provide both runners and walkers with an unforgettable experience. If you’d rather come and cheer or relax on the terrace with a Lindemans beer, you’re also warmly welcome!

For the first time, Lindemans Brewery, in collaboration with Ten Voeten Uit, introduces the revamped Lindemans Lambic Trail with three distances: 7km, 15km, and 20km. Participants can start between 8:30 and 14:00, with the last start time for the 20km being at 13:00. All routes begin and end at the historic Lindemans Brewery, where a cozy bar awaits you to enjoy refreshing Lindemans beers and a snack from one of the food trucks. The brewery shop offers the opportunity to take home a wide range of Lindemans gadgets.

All routes take participants through the picturesque Pajottenland and the green Senne River Valley, the birthplace of the wild yeasts that give our lambic beers their unique flavor. During the journey, all participants will pass the stunning Groenenberg Castle Estate. The 15km and 20km routes also take you through the Inkendaal Rehabilitation Hospital area, where you’ll briefly travel their rehabilitation trail for a unique experience, and past the impressive Gaasbeek Castle.

Registration is open until September 20 and costs €8 for the 7km and €10 for the 15km and 20km routes. On-the-day registrations cost €10 and €12, respectively. This includes well-stocked provisions along the longer routes, as well as end provisions for all participants.

The Lindemans Lambic Trail 2024 is more than just a sporting event. It is an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful nature, fresh air, and wonderful ambiance with family and friends.
