London brewers launch the door to door Pint Mobile

A London brewing company have created their very own Pint Mobile, to deliver ice-cold draught beer to thirsty locals – missing their pub pints during lockdown.

Forest Road Brewing Company are offering three of their own brewed beers on board the converted  Citroën Berlingo (POSH Lager 4.1%, WORK IPA 5.4% and EASY Pale Ale 3.8%). They’re currently delivering within a 3 mile radius from E8, but looking to expand that very soon. They already have bookings until next Wednesday.

Drinkers can order their ice-cold contactless pint delivery service from www.forestroad.co.uk/pintdelivery – or can text and WhatAapp the Forest Road Tactical Beer Response Unit on 07507096874.

Owner Pete Brown, 34 said: “We have all of these kegs that are still fresh and tasting great, so I thought if people can’t get to the kegs, let’s bring the kegs to them!”

All beers are £5 a pint including a branded glass to keep. Or patrons can bring their own glass for a refill.

The Pint Mobile carries 150 pints on board and a couple cases of Forest Road cans and bottles, if anyone wants take away for the fridge.

In its 5th year, Forest Road Brewing Company is an independent brewing company. They supply beers for many bars and restaurants including Soho House Group. Since the coronavirus outbreak they have turned their beloved East London bar into an off-license to get craft beer out to the neighbourhood.

They’ve also created their own NHS branded beer (Stay Home lager) to raise money for front line NHS staff.
