Looking FRESH: Camden Town Brewery launches new initiative to support local pubs and artists across the UK

London, September 2024: Introducing: Curated by Camden, a new initiative from Camden Town Brewery that supports local pubs, and homegrown creative talent, so far from 4 cities across the country. Camden have partnered with creatives from Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and York, showcasing their talent through a limited-edition graphic tee that encapsulates the spirit of each unique city.

On a mission to foster brand love and give back to locals across the country, Curated by Camden firstly focuses on bringing communities to life in the form of design, working exclusively with up and coming local creatives from the chosen cities. Furthermore, Curated by Camden initiative gives Camden’s on-trade partners the opportunity to leverage this local artwork to drive additional revenue through the sale of limited-edition t-shirts featuring the city-inspired artwork. What’s more, each participating pub’s logo will be printed on the front of the tee, so beer lovers can support their local, promote up and coming artists from their community, all whilst looking fresh as Hells.

The new initiative is available to pubs and bars in the four chosen cities who look to partner with Camden and pour their Hells Lager, Pale Ale and Stout. By participating in the Curated by Camden activation, local pubs will be given a collection of the exclusive t-shirts for their staff to wear, and to be sold to their customers. T-shirts complete with their own logo making them hyper personalised to every city, giving an additional revenue stream that will help to ensure the pints keep on pouring. More t-shirts can be ordered at cost price should outlets sell out of the initial free package containing 15 tee’s.

Fred Nesbitt, Head of Marketing, at Camden Town Brewery said: “Camden Town Brewery was born in the pub. As so many artists work in UK hospitality, we have launched our new Created By Camden initiative to celebrate this fact and have commissioned creatives to showcase their local city and what makes them so special. We hope this initiative can inspire people to head to their locals and celebrate two things we love: art and the pub. so, what are you waiting for? Grab a pint, wear a fresh tee, and support your local.”

To get your hands on a limited-edition tee, head down to your nearest participating Camden-serving pub in either London, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and York.
