Harviestoun Brewery was established in 1983 and has been under independent ownership since 2008. Their flagship beer is Bitter & Twisted; a golden ale which they have been brewing since 1997. And they are one of the pioneers of barrel-ageing beers; producing Ola Dubh in a unique partnership with Highland Park.
