Mason Brewing Co, the fast-growing family-owned microbrewery and taproom based in Threemilestone near Truro, is excited to announce the recruitment of its first-ever permanent team member outside of owner Mike Mason. This marks an exciting milestone for the business, as demand for quality craft beer continues to grow in the area.
Founded in May 2024 by Mike Mason, formerly Head Brewer at The Driftwood Spars and Brewhouse and Kitchen, Mason Brewing Co. has quickly become a favourite spot for beer enthusiasts, with its relaxed, welcoming taproom and wide selection of beers. Due to the increasing demand for its on site brews, the brewery is now hiring a part-time bar staff member to help with busy evenings.
The position is ideal for someone with bar experience who has a love for beer, but enjoys working in a less formal and less pressurised setting. With competitive pay and the chance to be part of a growing local business, this is a unique opportunity for anyone passionate about craft beer.

The position offers 6 hours of work per week, typically on Friday and Saturday evenings, with the potential for additional hours as the business grows. Full training will be provided, and there’s also scope to take on other roles within the business as Mason Brewing Co. continues to expand.
