Announcing a new collaboration brew between Mondo Beer and Design District Canteen.
Canteen, which opened in Autumn 2021 and is home to six fantastic vendors serving global street food to hungry Londoners and visitors to the Greenwich Peninsula alike, has partnered with the London-based brewery to create a very special beer indeed.
ECOTOPIA is a 4.9% DDH Pale. Extra Pale Ale malt provides the base. Wheat, Oats and Carapils added for body. Citra, Simcoe and Southern Cross hops in the cool pool. Dry hopped with Citra, Sabro, Simcoe and Southern Cross. Fermented with a blend of American and English Ale yeast strains.
