Moonwake Beer Co. releases West Coast IPA with Full Circle Brew Co.

Moonwake and Full Circle follow up their West Coast Pilsner with a West Coast IPA in a reciprocal collaboration

Moonwake Beer Co. and Full Circle Brew Co. have collaborated for the second time, brewing a West Coast IPA that is available exclusively in Moonwake’s Taproom this weekend and shall be available nationwide across the UK from Tuesday 11th July.

Moonwake has had a proper, classic West Coast IPA on its “to-brew list” since the brewery started up in 2021.

The label reads: “Brewed in Leith in collaboration with our friends from Full Circle Brew Co, Newcastle.  This West Coast IPA is laced with hops; Chinook, Columbus & Cascade are a classic trifecta for this style providing notes of resin, pine and subtle grapefruit. Strata and Amarillo deliver orange, passion fruit & dank aromas. One of our favourite styles, balancing a full copper body with a satisfying hop bite.”

Previously, Moonwake went to Full Circle in Newcastle where they collaborated together and brewed a West Coast Pilsner, a pre-cursor to the new West Coast IPA.

Notes to the editor:

Available nationwide from Tuesday 11th July | West Coast IPA 6.0% | RRP £3.80
