NEW BEERS

SUPERDELIC PALE 5.5%
Our next Modern Hop Series beer is being made with a brand new NZ hop variety, bred from European and NZ hops, which provides unique flavours and aromas of red fruit, candy/ lolly, citrus, and tropical fruit.
“This exceptional hop is a playful number, with red fruit, candy, citrus and tropical fruit characteristics, offering brewers something totally different to use in their craft. We’re excited to release this unique hop and expect it will create a frenzy.” says Blair Stewart, general manager of NZ Hops – Brewer’s Journal.

COLD IPA 4.8%
COLLAB W/ LALLEMAND
This is a crisp, refreshing, and fruity Cold IPA, fusing the best of American Lager and IPA. Maize (corn) is selected to create body and umami flavours while Azacca GSX and Tango hops give notes of pineapple and mango. With the help of industry experts Lallemand, who developed the perfect yeast for this style, we’ve created this super-smashable cold-fermented India Pale Ale.

BLACK LAGER 5.0%
COLLAB W/ TARTARUS
Brewed with Tartarus for Collabageddon 2023. Their name refers to the infernal regions of ancient Greek mythology. The name was used for the deepest region of the world, the lower of the underworld, which inspired us to brew this dark, Black Lager. We have added our modern Moonwake twist to this continental style by using our beloved Solero hops to give this rich lager a lightly tropical, fruit edge.

Elusive Brew’s Collabageddon is now in its sixth year, the concept is simple, 12 breweries come together to make 12 deliciously tasty beers! In Leith, we’ll be sharing the line-up with Lost in Leith so we’ll each have six beers on tap – you’ll have to visit both of us to try them all.
