Beer should never be bland, boring, or insipid.
We are on a quest to create the perfect beer: one that will dance on your tongue as you drink it and leave you longing for another one when it is gone.
Bexar County Brewery is not your typical brewery.
We will not shy away from the use of ingredients that might not normally be found in a beer nor will we shy away from making aggressive beers that other breweries wouldn’t dare touch.

The brewery is owned and operated by Steven Saldana, a passionate beer loving Texas and staunch supporter of the craft brewing industry both home and overseas.
