New craft venue in Leith

The Vintage is a dedicated craft beer bar and kitchen, owned and operated by an independently minded collective of brewers, bartenders and ale aficionados.

With a little help from some of the country’s finest producers, we plan to make our mark on Leith’s, already legendary, culinary landscape with our eclectic, ever-changing range of craft beers and considered charcuterie menu.

Blending the convivial atmosphere of your favourite local bar with the sourcing, service and cooking of a great neighborhood bistro, The Vintage is somewhere to linger over long lunches, chat to our friendly staff and hopefully learn a bit more about our favourite suppliers. Whether you embark on an epic tasting odyssey through our ten craft beer taps, or simply fancy a quiet drink and some choice cuts after work, we’ll be only too happy to offer a few pointers.

Vintage Sourcing & Serve:

Craft Beer

Our core range of beers comes from Williams Bros. Brewing Co. in Alloa, and is bolstered by a diverse and dynamic beer board focusing on seasonal craft beers from around the world.

Wine

While beer will always be our first love, our wine list is not to be sniffed at, with 22 vintages in a variety of serves to suit the size of your party and the whim of your pallet.

Back Bar & Hard Liquor

Simple pleasures should be just that – simple. We like our spirits poured straight up, over ice or with a dash of water. Of course, if you want a mixer, we’ll gladly oblige.

British Charcuterie

Our extensive menu of cold cuts is home to a bespoke range of charcuterie created by our chef, as well as those sourced from our key Scottish supplier, Wild Tastes. The menu also features seasonal ingredients from the best of British producers, including:

Lane Farm, Suffolk

Great Glen Game, Fort William

Trealy Farm, Monmouthshire

The Real Boar Co., Wilshire

Wild Pig Charcuterie, Worcestershire

Oxsprings, Worcestershire

Moons Green Charcuterie, Kent
