NEW IN FROM SIGNATURE BREW LUFTBALLON FESTBIER, JUST IN TIME FOR OKTOBERFEST CELEBRATIONS AT THE BREWERY!

East London based brewery and SIBA’s Brewery of the Year 2021, Signature Brew (www.signaturebrew.co.uk), is on a mission: to revolutionise the quality of beer at live music events. Launched in 2011, Signature is the world’s number one brewery for band collaboration beers, having brewed with Idles, Mogwai, Alt-J, Slaves, Mastodon, Frank Turner, Rodney P, Enter Shikari, Sports Team and many more.  September 2021 sees the launch of Luftballon (ABV 5.5%, £3.35 per 330ml can), a moreish, golden festbier with refreshing bitterness and an aroma of lightly toasted bread.

What’s the name all about then? Well, you may be familiar with the song 99 Red Balloons (or one of the many, many covers of it). It’s one of the most iconic tunes of all time and it was originally written and recorded by Germany’s own Nena, making the untranslated title, 99 Luftballons, a perfect name for Signature Brew’s German-style festbier – out in plenty of time for Oktoberfest 2021!
