Steve Dunkley
Brewer and brewing historian. Set up Beer Nouveau in 2014 to research and recreate historic and heritage beer styles. Writes about the holistic history of beer and drinking culture, including the effects of legislation on the hospitality industry.
Andrew Morgan
Andrew Morgan was the founder of The BottleShop which was bought by ABI in 2019. He’s now the Food & Drink Expert on Ideal World TV and the Sales & Marketing Director for both the Eustis Brewing Project in Florida and Black Forest Beers in the UK.
Simon Jenkins
