Oakham Ales, the acclaimed innovative brewery based in Peterborough, is launching its new range of kegs as part of ‘Oakham Craftworks’ at this year’s ‘Craft Beer Rising’ Festival. The Festival will take place in The Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London on the 26th-27th February 2016. Two of Oakham Craftworks’ seven new keg beers will be available to sample, alongside its already permanent Green Devil IPA in keg (6.0% A.B.V.) – Blonde (4.5% A.B.V.) and Export Stout (6.5% A.B.V.)
Adrian Posnett, Managing Director of Oakham Ales, said: “The demand for craft keg, particularly in London, continues to increase, demonstrated by the ongoing success of our craft keg Green Devil IPA.
“With the recent appointment of a dedicated London based Area Sales Manager, complementing our current distribution routes into London, it makes sense to extend our bespoke keg range to ensure that we can meet this demand and offer our customers a wider choice of beer styles. We have a reputation for producing Ales that are second to none and we aim to do the same with our Oakham Craftworks range.”
The additional Oakham Craftworks keg line-up will include: Robust Porter (5.6% A.B.V.), IPA (5.2% A.B.V.), Pale (5.0% A.B.V.) Rye (4.8% A.B.V.) and Red (4.6% A.B.V.) and will be introduced later in 2016/17. All will be available in 30 litre containers.
