There are still places for our Off-Flavour training course on Tuesday, 19 November, in Manchester. This evening course, led by Beer Sommelier Annabel Smith will help delegates identify common off-flavours in beer and give them an understanding of the causes of each fault and how they can be prevented.
This knowledge is useful to beer communicators so we can play our part in promoting beer quality for all consumers.
Ten off flavours will be covered and there will be time for Q&A at the end.
