London, December 2023: South London Brewery Orbit Beers have teamed up with award-winning creative agency Our Own Brand to redesign their website for 2024. The aim is to improve their customer experience with a sleeker, faster, and more intuitive website and showcase the brand to those less familiar with their products and values. The website is launching at the end of 2023 and marks a significant year for Orbit Beers, with the brewery’s 10th birthday approaching in July 2024.
Robbie Sykes, General Manager at Orbit Beers commented: “We’re proud of the company we’ve built together in South London over the last 10 years, focusing on European-style beers and beer culture, as well as our local community, and supporting like-minded independent businesses.
For those who don’t live nearby, we wanted to make it a little easier to share what Orbit Beers is all about and to discover our award-winning products. Working with the creative design agency Our Own Brand was a no-brainer. Their passion for our brand, understanding of the brief, and dedication to the project has ensured the new website will be up and running in time for our busy festive period.”
As well as a new look, new features to the site include:
- A streamlined booking process for the taproom in Walworth, South London.
- Flexible shopping including the option to ‘build-a-box’.
- Purchase history & account visibility.
- Easily accessible information for trade stockists and the press.
- Visibility on Orbit Beers news, brews, and events.
- A faster, more intuitive customer experience.
To celebrate the launch of the new website, Orbit Beers are offering 25% off online orders on 13th December when you sign-up to their newsletter: A regular email with news of taproom events, new beer releases, and special offers.
Sarah Fulford-Williams, Co-founder of Our Own Brand commented: “It’s been a pleasure to collaborate with the team at Orbit Beers to bring this new website to life. In celebration of 10 brilliant years, our goal was to bring the experience of the Orbit taproom to life, highlighting their roots in music and vinyl, the natural textures of the taproom itself, and their proud South London heritage – all whilst delivering a slick and seamless customer experience. Here’s to the next decade of Orbit! Beers!”

Notes to Editors
About Orbit Beers:
Orbit Brewery and Taproom: 225 & 228 Fielding St, London SE17 3HD Closest Stations: Elephant and Castle, Kennington, Oval.
Ethos
Orbit Beers are deeply rooted in European brewing traditions with a modern approach. They take classic styles and make them their own, with an eye for finesse and drinkability.
Orbit’s work is inspired by the ethos of their favourite record labels, who hold music and art above all else. Likewise, Orbit Beers accept no compromises when it comes to making their beer, winning multiple awards for their core range and famous Tzatziki Sour.
Story
In 2012, Orbit Beers Founder Robert got in his campervan and set off on a journey to visit every single brewery in his native Scotland. It took him from the northernmost island in Shetland to the Outer Hebrides, the Scottish Borders and even his hometown of Dundee.
On a trip to discover great beer, he also discovered great people! And realised that the brewing industry was home to a wonderfully warm and passionate community that he wanted to be a part of.
With an overwhelming desire to start up a brewery of his own, Robert headed back home to South London to find a team of like-minded people who shared his enthusiasm for beer, brewing, and music. Bringing those elements together under the railway arches in Walworth, Orbit Beers was born in 2014 and began to build its now award-winning portfolio of beers.
Team
Brought together by our passion for good beer, we’re a team of music lovers, vinyl collectors, DJs, and musicians with decades of experience in the brewing industry between us.
We moved into our double railway arch in the heart of Walworth, South London in 2014, and since then, all our beers have been brewed and packaged on-site.
