Guild Chair Pete’s second book of 2020 celebrates the design of beer labels, fonts and cans, and explains how they work, accompanied by images from over 140 different breweries selling beer in the UK right now.
The book was developed in cooperation with Pete’s wife Liz, whose past life before beer and books saw her work with various design agencies. The pair have now also launched BeerByDesignUK as a blog, Twitter and Instagram feed, to show more of the work that couldn’t be crammed into the book, and tell more of the stories behind it.
