Election of Board Directors
Full members will be able to vote for the election of board directors online and the link can be found in the Membership Area of the website
Voting and proxy voting
Full members who are unable to attend the AGM are welcome to vote for resolutions via proxy. To request a proxy form ahead of the AGM, email secretary@beerguild.co.uk. Proxy forms will be distributed to members once the AGM papers have been published. The final day to submit a completed proxy form is Sunday 11th August 2024.
Venue
The Guild’s membership is geographically diverse and to offer the best chance for all members to attend and help shape the future Guild, we have decided to hold the AGM online.
