Guild member Roger Protz will conduct a tasting and talk on Beers from the Wood at the Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, 3pm, 24 January, at Manchester Central (formerly GMex), Petersfield. Theakston’s cooper Jonathan Fenby will give a demonstration of building an oak cask.
