The Co-operative Food is the latest retailer to add Saltaire Brewery’s award-winning bottled beers to their local range. The Brewery’s three leading bottled beers, Saltaire Blonde 4% ABV, Cascade Pale Ale 4.8% ABV and Saltaire Pride 3.9% ABV are now available in selected Co-operative Food stores across Yorkshire.
This latest listing and increasing consumer demand means that the Brewery’s bottled beer sales have doubled in two years. Ewen Gordon, Managing Director said:

As well as the Brewery’s most popular bottled beers making it onto The Co-operative’s shelves, two of its specialist beers are also available at selected stores in Yorkshire. Raspberry Blonde 4% is refreshing blonde ale, delicately infused with the flavour of raspberries, and multi-award winning Triple Chocoholic 4.8% is a flavoured stout that combines chocolate malt and chocolate essence to give a strong chocolate bouquet and a rich chocolate flavour with a balanced bitterness.

Saltaire Blonde 4% ABV is a straw coloured ale with creamy, soft malt flavours, delicately hopped with Czech hops for modest bitterness and slight spice flavour.
Cascade Pale Ale 4.8% ABV is an American style pale ale with the good bitterness, piney, resinous aromas and the citrus and grapefruit flavours of the Cascade and Centennial hop.
Saltaire Pride 3.9% ABV is a classic English pale bitter, with light malt base and spicy fruitiness from the Challenger, Bramling Cross and Cascade hops.
